Refund policy
We apply a tiered refund policy based on who cancels and how much notice is given.
If you cancel
- 48 hours or more before the session: a full 100% refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before: a 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
If the expert cancels, or doesn't show up
A full 100% refund, no exceptions — the 24–48h window only applies to client-initiated cancellations.
Sessions booked with a subscription plan
Instead of a cash refund, the session returns as a credit on your plan so you can reschedule, unless you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
