Yes. If the session doesn't match what was promised, we refund 100% within 72 hours. Payment to the expert is only released when both parties confirm the session was useful.
Stripe processes all payments by card or SEPA. Funds sit in escrow until the session is confirmed, and an invoice is issued automatically under your tax name. We support euros and dollars.
